How soon will my gender reveal products arrive?
We understand the timing is crucial for your event. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while expedited options are available at checkout to ensure your supplies arrive well before your scheduled celebration.
Are your smoke cannons and powder products safe for home use?
Yes, all our smoke cannons and powders are made with non-toxic, biodegradable cornstarch and food-grade dyes. They are designed for outdoor use and are safe for both guests and the environment.
Can I order a 'Secret Reveal' if I don't know the gender yet?
Absolutely! You can have your doctor or a trusted friend email us the results directly with your order number. We will discreetly package the correct color so the surprise remains intact for everyone, including the parents-to-be.
What is your return policy for party supplies?
We accept returns on all unused and unopened items within 30 days of purchase. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used or where the safety seal has been broken.
Will the colored powder stain my clothes or driveway?
Our powders are designed to be washable. On most surfaces and fabrics, the powder can be easily blown off or washed away with water. However, we recommend wearing clothes you don't mind getting a little messy just in case.
Do you offer international shipping for reveal kits?
Currently, we ship to the continental United States and Canada. Please note that certain pressurized items, like large smoke canisters, may have specific shipping restrictions depending on your location.
